OUR WARRANTIES
50 Year New Gutter System
Gutter systems installed by Colorado Gutter Company are guaranteed for fifty (50) years against sagging, pulling loose, leaking, paint peeling, blistering, or not properly functioning due to improper installation.
This warranty covers installation defects as specified here, and does not include damage or changes caused by: accidents, fires, lightning, ice, hail, earthquake, windstorms, wind-borne objects, or other acts of God; or by vandalism, riot, civil disorder, or building settlement, or structural failure of walls, roofs, foundations, fascia, rafters or manipulation by anyone other than Colorado Gutter Company's' authorized installers.
This warranty does not cover color fading, staining, replacement of any rotten wood, water behind gutters without eave metal, or any erosion.
10 Year Leak Free Guarantee
We guarantee that the miters & corners we have sealed, will not leak or crack up to 10 years after the work was performed.
This warranty is valid from the date of miters or corners being sealed and covers both workmanship and materials, excluding acts of God (i.e. fire, wind, hail, ice etc).
This warranty applies to seals done to an existing gutter system that we did not install. Our 50 yeaar warranty applies to seals done to a new gutter systems installed by us.

10 & 20 Year Gutter Guards
Colorado Gutter Company warrants to you, the purchaser, that the pgutter covers will be free from defects due to faulty materials or workmanship for the life of the product and that, under normal use and maintenance, the painted finish will not crack or peel.
Colorado Gutter Company warrants to you, the purchaser, that when installed in the manner specified by thr manufacture, the product will keep gutters from becoming clogged and overflowing as a result of the interior of the gutter and downspouts filling with debris, such as leaves, twigs, needles, and seeds.
The performance guarantee is subject to exclusions, limitations, conditions and legal rights stated in this Warranty.
